Die Zubereitung von Gerichten aus der guten alten Zeit werden durch den Rhythmus der Jahreszeriten bestimmt und auf dem Speisezettel finden sich garteneigenen Produkte. Fleisch aus dem Trentino, Fisch aus den Seen , Pilze und schwarzer Tr\u00fcffel aus unseren W\u00e4ldern, Almk\u00e4se und Oliven\u00f6l aus dem <strong>Gardaseegebiet DOP<\/strong>\u00a0das kulinarische Angebot von ANTICA CROCE, dem renommierten <strong>Restaurant in Tenno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Speisekarte findet ihr t\u00e4glich Spezialit\u00e4ten mit saisonbedingten Produkten, die der traditionellen K\u00fcche um den <strong>Lago di Tenno<\/strong> entstammen. Nat\u00fcrlich darf auch eine breit gef\u00e4cherte Auswahl von Spitzenweinen nicht fehlen. Sie passen bestens zu den von Ettore zubereiteten gastronomischen K\u00f6stlichkeiten, oder man geniest sie bei einer Weinprobe\u00a0in unserem renovierten <strong>Keller<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Das Restaurant ANTICA CROCE ist, falls ihr euch am Lago di Tenno f\u00fcr einen Spaziergang oder eine Wanderung befindet, oder aber Tenno oder den mittelalterlichen Marktflecken Canale di Tenno besucht, das ideale <strong>Restaurant zur Einkehr in Tenno<\/strong>. Wir erwarten euch gerne mit unseren Tafelfreuden.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f6chtet ihr ein Gericht probieren, das nie entt\u00e4uscht und typisch f\u00fcr Tenno ist und gleichzeitig zu den bekanntesten des Trentino z\u00e4hlt?<\/p>\n<p>Es nennt sich <strong>Carne Salada<\/strong> und ist schlechthin die Spezialit\u00e4t, die von Ettore wie in fr\u00fcheren Zeiten zubereitet wird: Das beginnt mit der Wahl des Fleisches \u2013 es muss Rindfleisch aus dem Trentino sein. Nun wird das Fleisch mindestens 18 Tage in eine Trockenp\u00f6kelmasse eingelegt. Dadurch wird es einzigartig zart mit interessanten Geschmacksnoten nach Lorbeer, Pfeffer und anderen \u00f6rtlichen Gew\u00fcrzen. Carne Salada kann man entweder roh und d\u00fcnn aufgeschnitten mit in \u00d6l eingelegten Pilzen essen oder kurz gegrillt und mit traditionellen ged\u00fcnsteten Salugia-Bohnen serviert.
