Lake Tenno

Lake Tenno is situated in a unique landscape, where, in a mainly alpine environment, olive trees, vines and chestnut trees grow on the typical terraces, thanks to the characteristic Mediterranean climate of this area.

This territory, preserved over the centuries, is now a haven of tranquillity, with crystal clear waters and unspoilt landscapes. Lake Tenno is one of the cleanest freshwater lakes in Italy and thanks to the absence of urbanization and intensive cultivation the lake is free from any type of chemical pollution. This beautiful lake, which cannot be reached by car but only by climbing up a long stretch of medieval stone steps, makes the landscape even more attractive. You can bathe in Lake Tenno and in summer the water reaches extremely pleasant temperatures for a pleasant dip.
