b) subject to the data subject’s consent, to enable registration for our newsletter and to send, via the e-mail address provided, updates regarding events and initiatives;

c) where specific and additional consent has been provided, to carry out profiling of the data subject for commercial purposes.

Failure to provide the data

Failure to provide the data and, with regard to the purposes referred to in points b) and c), failure to provide consent to the processing will result in:

a) the inability to respond to the request received;

b) the inability to register the data subject for the newsletter;

c) the data subject not being subject to profiling for commercial purposes.

Methods of processing

The data will be processed electronically and in paper form.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, for the purpose referred to in point a).

For the purposes referred to in points b) and c), the legal basis is the consent given by the data subject.

Consultancy companies appointed as Data Processors and providers of IT services related to the above-mentioned purposes, appointed as Data Processors.

Transfer of data outside the EU

No transfer of data to countries outside the European Union is envisaged.

Data retention period

Responding to the request received: 12 months;
Newsletter subscription: until the data subject unsubscribes;
Marketing and profiling purposes: 12 months from the date on which consent was provided.
